Q • Do you think your 403(b) plan should only have one provider?
A • With all of the confusion, complexity, and costs that will have to be absorbed by sponsors with multi vendor plans due to 403(b) regulation changes, there is a very strong argument for moving to a single provider model for higher education plans. But is that bad? It very well may be better for the participants as well as the employer. How so? Email us for more details.
