Wealth Coach - Proven capabilities of providing tailored wealth management solutions to high net worth individuals a must. Previous experience with values based financial planning, passive investment strategies and The Strategic Coach a plus. Financial Planner - Development of integrated financial plans showing clients what steps are required to be taken to achieve their personal financial goals and realize their life values.
Operations Assistant - Maintenance of client investment reports including the preparation of quarterly portfolio appraisals, performance and billing using various software. Transfer of clients' assets from previous custodian. Positive attitude and experience exceeding the expectations of clients.
Client Concierge - Ensures that clients receive prompt attention to their individual financial needs and enhances client/firm relationships by providing knowledgeable and timely assistance on an individualized basis. Assists in conducting quarterly client reviews, researches and follows up on a variety of subjects that are of interest, or concern, to our clients.
Compliance Manager and Operations - Ensures that firm is in compliance with NASD/SEC and State of Florida regulations. Keeps ADV and compliance manual current. Also assists in all areas of operations including billing, financial planning and trading.
Retirement Plan Administrator - Oversees and performs daily and annual valuation for various retirement plans, such as 401(k), Profit Sharing, Pension and Defined Benefit plans, for all firm clients. Also responsible for new plan set up, compliance and non-discrimination testing, contribution calculations and government reporting of Forms 5500, 1099-R, 945 and 1096. Communicate extensively with clients on issues related to daily plan operations. Research and troubleshoot on an array of topics from eligibility to compliance issues.
Retirement Plan Processor - Responsible for the daily balancing and reconciliation of multiple 401(k) plans, prompt processing of all transactions received from the client, quarter end reporting and statement preparation, researching and resolving any discrepancies for the client and helping others on the team complete projects as needed.
